  • Participant Grants

    College Board awards grants for qualifying teachers new to an AP subject to attend an AP Summer Institute (APSI). The request form is open March–June or until all grants have been distributed.

    Who Is Eligible

    To qualify you must:

    • be teaching an AP course for the first time in 2026-27
    • not have attended an APSI or received College Board funding for the same course
    • not have received professional learning funding from your school, district, or state

Workshops will be held in Boise June 23-26
and Coeur d’Alene  July 7-10

The Idaho AP Summer Institute will be held in Boise June 23-26.

 The health and well-being of our participants, staff, and community are a top concern.

We will be following all Idaho and CDC recommendations, including limiting class size to a maximum of 15.
