*If a workshop session does not have 7 participants fourteen days prior to the start of the institute, it may be canceled — the payee of the registration fee would receive a full refund.
**Between October 6 and October 9, a late fee of $100 will be assessed bring the total fee to $575. If payment is received after October 15, a late fee of $200 will be assessed, bringing the total to $675.
